About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking Senior Data Management Analyst for Enterprise Platform and Partner Success organization (EPPS) within Data Management and Insights (DMI) and act as a Platform Insights SME to Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) Tenants to support their platform data strategy, and adoption of various platform product capabilities to meet highly complex business and technical needs. This Position will report to Tenant Services and Operations Manager under EPPS organization.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead or participate in moderately complex programs and initiatives for data quality, governance, and metadata activities
  • Design and conduct moderately complex analysis to identify and develop insights for data quality, data integrity, process, and control gaps
  • Analyze, assess, and test data controls and data systems to ensure quality and risk compliance standards are met and adhere to data governance standards and procedures
  • Drive planning and coordination on moderately complex insights efforts acting as central point of contact
  • Participate in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies
  • Provide input into communication routines with stakeholders, business partners, and experienced leaders
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years Data Warehouse or relevant Business Intelligence work experience
  • 2+ years Power BI and/or Tableau experience
  • Experience in requirement analysis, design, and prototyping of BI solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL and RDBMS technologies
  • Develop tabular, multidimensional models compatible with warehouse standards.
  • Develop, publish, and schedule reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Assist business users with functional and data requirements to enhance data models.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Business Intelligence Data Warehousing processes and best practices
  • Ability work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
  • Detail orientation and ability to deliver a high level of accuracy.
  • Financial Services industry experience.
  • Advanced ability to solve complex problems, drawing upon creativity, experience, and multiple sources of information.

Base Compensation Range:
$84,000 - $149,400 USD Annual
Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.
