About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Financial Crimes Transformation Team. This role will drive project teams against key goals, whilst escalating key risks and challenging decisions. Collaborate with peers on how different workstreams tie together, common themes and problems, how roadmaps come together, different inter-dependencies. Understand business objectives, detail out business and functional capabilities, develop business requirements that align with the business objectives, partner with technology and testing to ensure development is happening as per requirements.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead/Partner with scrum team focus on building KYC experiences.
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with design thinking, and lean and agile software delivery.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the product management discipline, through assisting a more senior product manager
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions.
  • 3+ years KYC/Financial Crimes experience- Beneficial Ownership, CDD, EDD, Screening, etc.
  • 3+ years working in or with lean and agile software delivery teams
  • 3+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or JIRA
  • Knowledge and understanding of API programming
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset, create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing roadmaps, strategies, and products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex environment, creating strong professional partnerships
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements
  • Displays an agile mindset to adapt to changing customer needs, business strategies, and technology environments to deliver in a way that meets the demands of the current and future marketplace
  • Lead the development and execution of complex business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
