Wells Fargo Corporate Security is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Corporate Security Governance, Strategy and Business Enablement team.
This is a will key role within the Corporate Security team, reporting directly to the Business Analytics, Insights, and Tools manager. The Senior Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for providing support, governance, development, and maintenance for Corporate Security platforms across a suite of applications and tools.

The day-to-day management and operational cadence of the Corporate Security team
Ownership of business and governance routines
Management of strategic priorities
Management of front-line risk and operational process initiatives

In this role, you will:
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives focused on the Corporate Security platforms
Provide support, governance, development, and maintenance for a suite of applications and tools
Create and maintain data product roadmaps throughout the data product life cycle with detailed specifications, requirements, and flows for data capabilities
Develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate)
Play a significant role with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and functionality
Manage complex datasets continuous focus on the end users and their specific business needs, while adhering to established data governance
Work with partners to define and deliver requirements for operational and process adherence tracking/reporting
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Communicate, collaborate and consult with key stakeholders and cross functional partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically PowerApps, PowerBI, and Power Automate
Proficiency with workflow and collaboration tools such as Jira, Jira Service Desk and Confluence
Experience in SharePoint development
Proficiency with data visualization and supporting tools
Proven knowledge of product and project management methodologies
Experience in Agile frameworks like Kanban, Scrum
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
