This position greets and provides assistance to the public entering the building; will require to handle complaints in a professional manner while making the person feel comfortable; Will assist the injured worker, attorneys, insurance carriers, and third party administrators while they are reviewing and/or printing documents. Will answer phones, direct the public, distribute mail.
