Tracking and tracing shipments and loads in the system
Set specific dates and times for delivery, pickups and reschedules
Gather and document accurate information to ensure successful pickup or delivery of shipment
Complete all necessary paperwork, ensuring that all orders are thoroughly documented
Enter shipments for dispatching, route shipments, track orders, and troubleshoot shipment issues
Order entry and price quoting
Mainly correspond with customers via email (80+ emails/day), phone work (30-40 calls/day)
Deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements:
A candidate with a degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or experience in domestic freight forwarding/logistics as a Customer Service Agent would be preferred.
Experience working in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook is required.
Must have excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
A self-motivated, fast learner with a can do attitude is a must. The ability to work well under stress and in a fast paced team environment is also required.
Geographical knowledge and use of military time is preferred.

Pay: $20/hr.
