An incredible financial services firm is seeking a personable, hardworking, and bright Administrative Assistant to work alongside another Executive Assistant to support a wonderful Senior Partner in their beautiful and newly renovated New York office.

$80-100k base DOE + discretionary bonus + fantastic benefits/perks
MIDTOWN WEST office location, HYBRID SCHEDULE, 4 days in office/1 remote
Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
Schedules and coordinates in-person and virtual meetings/conference calls for Senior Partner - extensive calendar management across timezones
Assists with agenda preparation, registering and greeting guests, catering services, etc
Coordinates extensive domestic and international travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, visas, itineraries etc.
Handles expenses reimbursement process
Assists with on and off boarding for new hires
Acts as liaison with internal and external parties
Works with IT department to handle technical difficulties for Partner
Offers other admin services such as printing, photocopying, etc
Adhoc projects
Requirements:
3+ years of administrative experience, finance highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
Professional, positive approach
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, true team player mentality
