Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements.
Customize and configure Business Central to meet the specific needs of the manufacturing processes.
Analyze and streamline business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Business Central.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central applications.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Assist in the integration of Business Central with other business systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Central Analyst, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience with data migration, system integration, and user training.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
