LHH is currently searching for a Dynamics 365 Finance Analyst for our long-term client in Los Angeles, CA. This role is HYBRID: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) configuration.
Lead product configuration efforts, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) management, ensuring the solution meets business requirements and is user-friendly.
Evaluate solution options, conduct demonstrations, and make recommendations within the context of finance D365 and other integrated tech platforms.
Engage with global finance teams to ensure the scalability of product configurations and provide ongoing support across multiple countries.
Manage small-scale projects related to finance platforms, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
Facilitate requirements review and design sessions with business owners to ensure a clear understanding of system capabilities and limitations.
Maintain Business Use Case and Process Flows documentation, updating them as per requirement changes and system enhancements.
Serve as a liaison between the business and technical delivery teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals.
Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized technical and business presentations to various stakeholders.
Provide regular progress updates and metrics on daily and weekly basis to project stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions for users on system functionalities and best practices in accordance with finance processes.
Provide ongoing business-as-usual support, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed.
Required Capabilities:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX ERP applications, with specific expertise in finance accounting, fixed assets, accounts payable, and finance reporting modules.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in data validation, pivot tables, and financial data reporting.
Experience on the information technology side of Dynamics
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated expertise in business workflow modeling, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations effectively.
Salary: 120k-160k
