Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer
Work Location: Urbandale, IA (Hybrid - Onsite)
Technical Skills (Primary - Must have):
5-8 years of hands-on work experience Guidewire PolicyCenter modules like configuration & Rating.
Hands on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration
One complete end to end implementation experience.
Development experience with Guidewire Gosu proprietary code
Development experience with Guidewire API's, methods, rules, and processes
Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in a complex application stack
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should have worked in Production support Team.
Should have worked in Onsite-Offshore Model.
Technical Skills (Secondary - Nice to have, Not Mandatory):
Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter professional.
3-4 Years of experience in Java programming Strong skills in Java programming.
Experience with REST web services is a plus.
Experience with various code versioning systems, such as SVN.
Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
Web services (i.e., WSDL, SOAP, XML, REST).
Soft Skills:
As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
Insurance Domain Knowledge.
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation.
