As a Technical Business Analyst, you will strategically work across functions to understand business needs related to the endpoint user experience. You will facilitate relationships between business clients and technical resources, focusing on the voice of the customer, business processes, and the underlying systems. You will develop requirements and business rules, working with technology experts and business partners to implement solutions for complex challenges. This role aligns with the Zoom program, specifically gathering use cases and requirements for Zoom texting.
Major Responsibilities:
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to gather feedback and develop technical processes for Endpoint solutions.
Define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve user experience.
Assist with organizational change management, including communications, deployment planning, training, and documentation.
Part of a 15-person centralized team supporting technology delivery across Home Office and Field.
Aligned with the Workspace Experience Services sub-domain within the Digital Workplace Division.
Work on projects related to Microsoft365 Generative AI (Copilot) and Retention policies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
4+ years of experience in business operations/processes, including analysis, design, and documentation.
Ability to manage and prioritize concurrent assignments and adjust to changing business needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve critical issues.
Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and visual representation for senior leadership.
Experience with implementing omni-channel telecommunications platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Unified Communications systems/platforms.
Recent experience at Northwestern Mutual and interaction with the field-force.
