Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Help Desk Specialist. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and help desk support, troubleshooting issues related to desktop computers, and delivering excellent customer support.
Qualifications
Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and Troubleshooting skills
Experience with desktop computers
Strong customer support skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus
