Exciting opportunity to put your Tier II IT Support experience to work in a growing faith-based organization. We seek a candidate that has deep technical experience with both Mac and PC environments. You must have exposure to Endpoint Management and Single Sign On. This position has a mix of Mac and Windows machines and requires strong Active Directory and Office 365 experience. You must have exposure to MDM (of laptops, not phones) and have an interest in learning more about Azure in this role. In addition to our HQ in Atlanta we have 30 remote offices and are growing at a fast pace.
Enjoy working in the office only two days a week and work onsite the first month of employment. Travel is not required on this role and we seek candidates that are no more than a one hour drive from Atlanta. You must be willing and able to work in a team environment and share data with other team members to be successful in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as an escalation point for Tier I
Perform technical support - drive open issue to a resolved status
Assist with application and operating system related issues
This is a direct hire position. We offer a flexible work arrangement - only come to the office 2 times a week after the first month. Enjoy highly subsidized medical premiums.
