We need a Senior Management Analyst for the Naval Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT). NUWCDIVNPT conducts research, development, testing, evaluation, and engineering support for submarines, autonomous underwater vehicles, and undersea weapon systems. The Electromagnetic Systems Department (Code 34) supports NAVSEA and other Naval Commands in designing tactical and strategic combat systems and sensors for U.S. Navy submarines, surface ships, aircraft, and land facilities. Your role as a Senior Technical Representative for the Electromagnetic Systems Department will be to provide project management services, including developing and maintaining project plans, cost estimates, and documentation, updating project data in financial systems, and performing impact analyses to ensure the successful execution of projects within defined financial and scheduling constraints. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the overall effort of the project, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Independently commit company resources to meet project requirements and objectives.
Provide strategic direction and oversight, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
System Administration proficiency at an Intermediate or Advanced level.
CompTIA Cybersecurity certification: Security+ CE or equivalent (IAT Level II)
Possesses Windows 10 or higher Operating System certification.
Possesses Windows Server 2016 or higher Operating System certification.
Demonstrated experience configuring, deploying, operating, and maintaining Linux operating systems (OS).
Demonstrated experience configuring, deploying, operating, and maintaining Windows workstations and OS
Proficient in hardening Windows workstation and server environments using DISA STIG
Experience with Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAV) compliance
Experience providing IT/IA Customer Support Services
Experience with SharePoint IT/IA administration (web parts, web pages, document libraries, calendars)
Experience conducting vulnerability scanning, analysis, and reporting
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with DoD unclassified and classified networks is preferred
