About the Role: The company is on a transformational journey to implement Blue Yonder ERP solution which would be integrated with the company's current SAP ERP. We are seeking a Jr. Blue Yonder Solutions Architect (Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning Experience) with expertise in next-generation ERPs viz. Blue Yonder/JDA, o9, Kinaxis, etc. This role is key for migration from legacy to the next-generation ERP System, Blue Yonder.
Responsibilities: • Developing comprehensive ERP Solution designs that align with business goals and requirements. • Provide technical leadership throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle. • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions. • Customize and Configure ERP business systems to meet specific business needs while adhering to best practices. • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate ERP Solutions with existing systems and applications. • Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of ERP systems. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to ERP solution architecture, configurations, and processes. • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in ERP Technology.
Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the implementation, configuration, and integration of Blue Yonder or other cloud based ERP Supply Planning platforms, in the context of a manufacturing environment. • Minimum of 3 years' experience with Enterprise Supply Planning • Strong Track record on leading IBP, Demand, Supply Planning implementation teams, and architecture design in a business-facing environment. • Hands-on experience in SAP to Blue Yonder functional integrations and migrations • Experience of working on implementation projects and working with third party systems integrators and business stakeholders. • Strong Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning - from demand forecasting through supply replenishment. • Understanding of supply planning concepts - consumption, safety stock, production rates/constraints etc... (APICS certification preferred). • Demonstrable complex problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Bachelors Required; Masters in IT, Operations, Computer Science or related field highly preferred.
