Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay on top of cultural trends, technology advancements, and evolving workplace practices to ensure your events are cutting-edge and aligned with our talent attraction goals.
Collaboration is Key: Partner with the Workplace Events Lead to implement a multifaceted event calendar encompassing local, national, and global initiatives.
Bridge the Gap: Foster collaboration across diverse teams like HR, Facilities & Events, and Global Communications to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Global Mindset: Cultivate relationships with employees and stakeholders across regions to expand the reach of your events and initiatives.
Strategic Savvy: Develop and manage a comprehensive event strategy for each program, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, goals, and successful execution.
From A to Z: Manage the entire event lifecycle, from development and planning to post-event debriefing.
Numbers Don't Lie: Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize resource allocation and ensure your events continue to delight our employees.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's Degree required
5-8 years of experience in event and program management
5-8 years of experience collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Proven track record of managing employee-focused programs in a corporate setting
Ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the Newark Hub, with occasional weeks requiring 4-5 days
Flexibility to work early mornings and evenings as needed to support events
Potential for occasional travel to other US and global Hubs
Bonus Points
You're a highly efficient taskmaster who gets things done.
You leverage data and metrics to define program requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
You have experience with event management tools (Splash), survey tools (Slido, Qualtrics), and generative AI.
You possess global event management experience.
