The Supplier must augment the Information Technology Division staff with personnel that have in-depth knowledge and expertise in various aspects of system design including but not limited to, integration, hardware/software configuration, hardware/software troubleshooting, system administration, remote management, account creation and maintenance and end-user support in a Microsoft Back-office environment. Client may require the individual to carry and respond to off-hour emergencies (pagers will be provided/on-call premium will be paid). Supplier will provide system support to the activities necessary for maintaining stability and reconfiguring the system where necessary in order to obtain maximum performance. Assist in the transition of Client computer infrastructure.
Monitor/maintain the client network for law enforcement activity for over 200 sites. This includes but is not limited to telecommunications frame-relay, hubs, routers, wiring, UPS and switches.
Monitor/maintain client IT network for activity supporting 4000 users located at over 200 sites. There are clusters centers located at the largest 22 sites and login servers located at an additional 29 sites.

MFA future support as integrated into the client domain
Perform server and client software integration. This includes new products as well as frequent software fixes and enhancements. All software needs to be tested and integrated in a lab environment prior to deploying to the production environment.
Perform account creation and granting of access permissions.
Monitor/maintain client firewalls.
PAM server activation
Monitor/maintain hardware/software and telecommunications lines for NCIC, NLETS, and other external access.
