Job Description:

Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced ERP Development Manager. Reporting to the Director of Financial Systems, the ERP Development Manager will serve as the lead technical architect and developer for all ERP-related initiatives. The ERP Development Manager will be responsible for creating, developing, and enhancing new capabilities, as well as supporting production operations. This person will be expected to collaborate with multiple cross-functional groups including: business analysts, project managers/scrum masters, and business SMEs. This role is expected to follow solution delivery guidelines such as SDLC, agile methodology, and DevOps CI/ CD practices. A successful candidate has a passion for innovation, performs well with little supervision, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of ERP-specific development experience.
  • Must have experience as a development lead or in a similar role on an implementation.
  • Must have experience working on at least two full lifecycle ERP implementations.
  • Must have prior PL/SQL experience.
  • Must have prior experience with Oracle EBS.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS/BA preferred (CIS, STEM, etc.)
  • Oracle Database 19c, or a higher version, is preferred
  • SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C#
  • API development, MuleSoft experience preferred
  • Advanced Linux (shell scripting, network/connectivity, and troubleshooting)
  • CI/CD deployment pipeline tools (Jenkins)
  • In-depth understanding of ERP transactions and data relationships
