We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will resolve technical issues, assist with special IT projects, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: • Offer first-level troubleshooting to resolve internal system support issues via phone and remote tools. • Assist with special IT projects and configure laptop software. • Document all support interactions in the call tracking system. • Communicate software issues with the programming team. • Ensure follow-up with users to confirm issue resolution and customer satisfaction. • Undertake additional tasks and projects as directed by the supervisor. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role. • Experience in Service Desk and Project Management is a plus. • Vocational/Technical certification required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. • A+ Technical Certification is advantageous. • Strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of Windows 10, Edge, Chrome, and Office 365. • Ability to troubleshoot printers in a Windows environment and a basic understanding of VDI and network connectivity. • Proficiency in wireless technology and mobile environments. • Reliable attendance and willingness to travel as needed. • Completion of a background check and drug screening.
