We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join us to help our client in Tennessee.
The ideal candidate needs to be a passionate and analytical technology professional who loves to build strong teams and lead them to deliver high quality products.
Required:
8 + years of experience as a project manager handling multiple projects simultaneously.
5+ years of experience managing teams working in different time zones (e.g., US and India).
3+ years of experience working in insurance domain.
Must have bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
Must have proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in software development or technology projects.
Must have strong knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall Methodology.
Must have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Must have experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.), Office365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
