Location - mostly remote! Will need to be on site maybe once a month and for go lives (will be compensated for hotel)

Job Description:
Will be working with a Principal Trainer
Training content is mostly all created, the Principal Trainer would usually handle any content changes.
Training classes are primarily all virtual - range from 15 to 27 people.
Provides both formal group-training classes (virtual or in-person) and individualized (one on one) coaching for clinicians and administrative staff.
Assists practice staff by answering questions or resolving problems pertaining to Epic.
Evaluates existing workflows for practices in order to provide them with guidance on how to optimize their workflow by using Epic more effectively and efficiently.
Provides at the elbow support for new practice go lives.
