Job Description:
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:Virtualization:
- Design, implement, and manage virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Open Source Hypervisors (KVM).
- Skillset to manage Hyper-Converge solution example VxRail, vSAN clusters.
- Optimize virtual infrastructure for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot virtualization issues and provide root cause analysis.
SAN Fabric Storage Network:
- Design, configure, and maintain SAN (Storage Area Network) fabric on Cisco MDS Switches.
- Implement zoning, masking, and other SAN management practices.
- Monitor SAN performance and troubleshoot storage-related issues.
Backup & Storage:
- Design and implement backup solutions for servers, virtual machines, and data.
- Manage backup schedules, retention policies, and disaster recovery plans.
- Perform regular backup tests and ensure data integrity.
- Design and Implements File Services (NFS and SMB) solution.
Rack Stack Servers:
- Install, configure, and maintain rack-mounted servers.
- Manage server hardware, including upgrades and replacements.
- Ensure server security and compliance with best practices.
AWX Ansible:
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible and AWX.
- Develop Ansible playbooks and roles to automate routine tasks.
- Integrate Ansible with other tools and systems for comprehensive automation.
Kubernetes:
- General Knowledge of the On-Prem Kubernetes platform.
- Design & Build Physical Compute resources for the On-Prem Kubernetes platform.
General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of IT systems.
- SOP Documentation and architectural design for the team.
- Capacity Planning for all the services listed above.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to system emergencies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new technologies or practices to improve efficiency.
