About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, extensive hands-on experience, and the ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.
Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and releases, and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with at least 5+ years in Salesforce design and development.
Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and other ETL tools.
Excellent understanding of Salesforce security, authentication, and authorization protocols.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salesforce Architect Certification is highly desirable.
