The System's administrator will provide technical support to our end-users and work with other IT staff to diagnose and repair desktops and laptops, monitors, and printers at end-user workstations. Customer support focuses on a Windows server administration (Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, and O365). Able to wear multiple IT hats when it comes to IT troubleshooting and having knowledge of AWS is a plus.
Skills/Experiences:
5-10 years' experience working as System Administrator
Active Directory
Knowledge of Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Knowledge of Security (Endpoint, Cybersecurity, Phishing, Compliance, etc.)
O365 environments
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VOIP, Teams and Windows Server infrastructure and operations.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science
Microsoft certification and A+ certification a plus
