The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst position will support the modernization of PCCI's SAP HANA data analytics environment. Strong candidates will have experience interacting with business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications and developing BI Solutions that align data and business strategy. This position will provide data and analytics expertise for project and business teams in the development of analytic solutions. In addition, the BI Analyst supports the development of data governance principles; metadata, data lineage, security/data access, etc.
**This position is open to candidates willing to commit to onsite work environment.**
Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, code, implement and troubleshoot analytic applications, which include Power BI Dashboards, Python ML Models, and SAP Solutions
Analyze trends and make recommendations to business partners
Contribute to the development and modification of coding standards for the team to ensure consistency, efficiency and accuracy in delivered solutions
Collaborate with Data Architects on database design, data structures and the technical architecture of the data delivery environment
Participate in and/or lead the evaluation of future analytics delivery, analysis methods and tools
Troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
Explore and recommend strategies for design efficiencies in the analytics environment
Transform business and technical information requirements into analytic solutions
Follow Data Management processes and procedures and provide input to the creation of data definitions, business rules and data access methods

Required Qualifications:
2 years demonstrated knowledge creating analytic solutions in Power BI (or similar BI tool)
2 years of increased experience in reporting from data warehouse environments
Demonstrated use and understanding of SQL, BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python), and methodologies
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining analytic solutions (Repots, Dashboards, Ad hoc Insights, Automation, Alerts, etc)
Experience in technical requirement documentation in an analytic environment
Ability to troubleshoot data issues
Experience with data integration from various source systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Data model/semantic layer knowledge
Knowledge of SAP Manufacturing, Financials, Sales and HR processes and data
Strong team player and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
