We are in search of a skilled MS Dynamics 365 Systems Administrator to join a reputable, established company located east of Pittsburgh In this role, you will be instrumental in the management, optimization, and support of our Microsoft Dynamics environments. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure web integrations, and your ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve will be key to our IT operations.
Responsibilities: • Deploy, monitor, and maintain Dynamics 365 and associated business applications • Implement system upgrades and patches to ensure a secure and up-to-date environment • Facilitate data management between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems • Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications for optimal performance and reliability • Implement and manage security policies to protect against unauthorized access • Administer user roles and permissions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Create and maintain backups and perform restores as needed • Monitor system performance regularly and identify areas for improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions • Troubleshoot application performance issues and provide technical support to end-users • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures • Create user guides and training materials when necessary. • Must have a minimum of two years of experience as a Systems Administrator. • Proficient in Active Directory and Backup Technologies. • Familiarity with Computer Hardware is essential. • Must possess skills in Configuration Management. • Experience in Deployments is required. • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Proactive in maintaining system performance and reliability. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Must possess a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. • Experience with cloud platforms and services is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
