Job Description:

• A technical project manager (TPM) manages projects that require a high level of technical expertise.
• Responsible for ensuring that projects meet the timeline, budget, and scope.
• Role requires a combination of technical and tactical skills as well as organizational and leadership skills.
• Needs to be adaptable and be able to solve problems by anticipating issues and taking steps to avoid them.
• Executes each phase of the project, monitor progress and mitigate risk
• Manages the project's budget and improve how resources are allocated
• Ensures deliverables meet quality standards and leads quality assurance
• Plans projects in detail, including brainstorming, scheduling, and assigning tasks to team members
• Communicates with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and collaborate with department heads
• Creates detailed reports for executive staff, and presents progress reports, problems, and solutions to stakeholders
