Job Description:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position is responsible for providing a wide variety of IT administration, desktop support, and operations tasks.
Ongoing duties include:
- Providing desktop support to the company
- Maintaining Active Directory user accounts and security/file system access rights
- Responding to Help Desk inquiries and resolving user issues in a timely manner
- Performing daily, weekly and monthly activities to process, monitor, and resolve issues regarding:
- Server and Desktop anti-virus scans and updates
- Server and Desktop software patching
- Build out and deployment of new workstation images
- Prepare IT management reports
- Hardware upgrades and replacement
- Work with senior IT administrators and engineers to complete project assignments
- Performing problem resolution and working with external vendors for all copiers and printers
- Perform all duties as assigned for Disaster Recovery/Business Resumption tests
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Department Manager

- Microsoft Office 365/Intune/Teams/OneDrive
- HP Desktop, Cisco, EMC, Avaya, VMWare
- Checkpoint/Palo Alto Firewall, Crowdstrike EDR
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of IT experience required
- Experience supporting Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft-based products
- Ability to document procedures and training related material
- Strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to travel to NH office
- Associate's degree (AS) in Computer Science or related field preferred
- A+, Network+, MCP certification(s) a plus
