Location: Alpharetta, GA; Arlington, VA; or Houston, TX
Responsibilities:
Identify, flag and/or help in documenting non-conforming materials, service or workmanship internally or externally to contractors and/or suppliers; and shall diligently follow through corrective actions and verify its effectiveness.
Ensure that quality inspection activities are sufficiently carried out as per specification and ITP, to include documentation of NCR's.
Conduct RCA on quality issues to ensure lessons learned are captured and recurrence of the same issue does not happen.
Conduct routine assessments of the Document Control/Records Management system.
Carry out other quality related responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a similar discipline (Preferred)
3-5 years' experience in a QA or QC role with in-depth understanding of quality functions. Electrical and/or utility experience considered a plus. (Preferred)
An understanding of Root Cause Analysis and Document Control/Management Procedures
Strong critical thinking and investigation skills
Experience with ISO procedures are a plus
Experience with Excel is a must, experience with Salesforce, SAP, and/or PowerBI is a plus
