Responsibilities
  • Support customers, technicians, and colleagues across all trial center activities within the company.
  • Coordinate and conduct R&D trials in collaboration with the R&D Supervisor, Head of Service, Aftersales Admin, and Sales Department.
  • Ensure the client's R&D center maintains up-to-date equipment and technical support standards.
  • Oversee onsite installations and coordinate with contractors for the trial center and warehouse.
  • Assist the R&D Supervisor as needed.
  • Participate in SOPs, safety committees, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Address common issues with technicians and customers, escalating uncommon issues to supervisors or managers.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of trial reports and approve them accordingly.
  • Manage documentation, spare parts, consumables, inventory lists, and warranty items.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in the building, addressing housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Identify and resolve technical errors or problems effectively.
  • Conduct onsite programming of drives and controllers, offering remote support to customers.
  • Deliver service and support during field visits or onsite engagements.
  • Oversee onsite installation, startup, repair, maintenance, and testing procedures.
  • Generate service reports and documentation.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and discussions.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the demonstration center on a daily basis.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and receiving shipments as necessary.
  • Clean parts received onsite from customers in the oven, along with trial machine components.
  • Inspect and document oven cleaning, placing reports in the trial report drop folder.
  • Load, clean, and maintain machines and trial equipment as required.

Requirements:
  • Proven material processing experience, and service experience.
  • Initiative to lead and find solutions to problems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
  • Detail oriented, showing respect at customers site for cleanliness and organization.
  • Ability to take direction, and leadership from peers at EREMA, along with being able to accept information from our customers.
  • Experience working with voltage (480V) and testing live electrical circuits.
  • Highly motivated and willing to work alone at times with limited support and adapt to project changes.
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including, and not limited to word, excel, outlook.
  • Must be able to comply with all Company and Customer site safety regulations.
  • Perform well under pressure.

Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or

pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than

70%) of job.
