Job Description:

• Study HW blockdiagram /PCB of a specific board and programming SPEA machine and demonstrate proper operation and repeatability on sample boards
• Preparation of fault database (Microsoft Excel preferred) to capture faults related to each part in a mass testing environment.
• Demonstrate successful correlation between failure modes (via ATI bench tester) to SPEA 4080 results
• Identification of failed PCB component(s)
• Adjustments of measurement values and windows
• Very good understanding of HW schematic and Layouts
• Hardware design, system/product level experience, Project Management, customer interface, HDLC.
