Position:- Technical Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will oversee and manage complex technical projects related to 5G Roaming, RHEL/Unix systems, Kubernetes, and VNF/CNF deployments. Your coordination with teams across time zones, preparation of design documents, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technical projects related to 5G, 4G, and other telecom technologies.
Utilize Kubernetes fundamentals for managing containerized applications.
Implement VNF/CNF deployments and integrate with existing infrastructure.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones for effective collaboration.
Prepare and review High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and Solution Documents.
Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Manage escalations and effort tracking to ensure projects are completed on time.
Provide weekly updates internally and externally.
Conduct project tracking calls and develop mitigation plans for blockers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in technical project management within telecom or IT.
Proficiency in 5G Service-Based Architecture and LTE.
Understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Experience with VNF/CNF deployments and virtualized infrastructure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
