Our team is currently looking for an I & C Project Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage instrumentation projects ranging from $50k - $5M.
Handle a number of smaller projects concurrently with one larger project (4-8 projects simultaneously).
Manage projects such as changing transmitters on tank farms, controls stations, safety PLC, etc.
Serve as a department technical expert on instrument issues to assist/advise other Project Managers in their projects.
Review and Interpret P&IDs, do MOC, coordinate with construction team, safety team, etc.
Track costs, maintain budget and schedules.
Minimum Qualifications
10-15 years of experience with implementation of instrumentation projects.
6+ years experience managing projects including cost ownership, schedule, budgeting and oversight of contract teams required.
Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Triconex, etc) and DCS (Honeywell, etc.) required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (will consider others based on experience)
Note: This position will be on-site in Port Arthur, TX.
