In this role, you will:
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting high level root cause analysis for quality metrics out of standard
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
  • Quality assurance experience
  • Experience conducting risk and process assessments
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional partners to drive business outcomes
  • Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) analysis in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and performance measures
  • Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) development and implementation of testing practices/processes
  • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Complaint Handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Branch Banking systems, operations, risk, etc.

Salary Range:
  • New York, New York: $87,700-$155,900 annual base.
Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
