Salary:
$85,000 - $110,000 yearly (potential for bonuses)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain systems and processes for managing projects
Contract Management (GC's/Owners and Subcontractors)
Preconstruction (site walks and assessments)
Develop and manage project schedules
Create cost estimates and breakdowns as needed
Solicitation of subcontractor bids
Coordinate plan distribution to ensure bid coverage
Review and negotiate work scopes and contracts
Manage RFI's and monitor progress
Project budge management
Assist with material procurement and expediting deliveries as needed

Qualifications
Previous construction management required
