Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate and manufacturing IT infrastructure and facilities projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Utilize technical expertise in structured cabling, WAN/LAN/WLAN, and audiovisual/collaboration systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and soft skills.
- Manage project lifecycle from inception to closure, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and documentation.
- Adapt to Intuitive Surgical's project management processes, contributing to strategy and roadmap discussions.
- Drive results in a dynamic, result-oriented environment, continuously improving and delivering ISI initiatives.
- Fluently work with collaboration tools such as Zoom and utilize Project Management Tools proficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and facilities project management.
- Strong communication and soft skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) and Office 365 applications.
- Experience with Waterfall methodologies and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
