VETR Recruiting has been engaged to find a Project Manager in Atlanta with a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Construction experience. This individual will be ultimately responsible for the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk and business management of a particular project. Our clients work in Supply Chain/Industrial, Retail, Interiors, Higher Education and Life Sciences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
Management of all project team members including senior project engineer, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinator.
Set project timeline
Key point of contact with owner and architect.
Monitor project deliverables
Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach, mentor, and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably within our client's core markets.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
