They are seeking a talented and experience Commercial M&A Partner to join their esteemed team in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of their Corporate and M&A practice group, the successful candidate will lead and manage complex mergers and acquisitions transactions, provide strategic counsel to clients, and contribute to the continued growth and success of their firm.
???? Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial M&A transactions, from inception to closing, including due diligence, negotiations, structuring, and documentation.
Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to businesses of all sizes and industries.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, to deliver exceptional service and value to clients.
Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting M&A transactions, and share knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients.
???? Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Portable Book of Business (minimum of $1mil)
Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on commercial mergers and acquisitions.
Proven track record of successfully leading and closing complex M&A transactions.
