After implementing Workday HCM in 2022, the client is looking for someone with proven experience who can utilize the functionality of Workday and get the advanced side out of the system. They need help integrating Workday with other internal systems and support with the day to day running of the system. Somebody who really knows Workday that can tell them how they should and can use it to work to their business needs will be great in this role. They are also just about to go live with Workday Recruiting too!
Fast track to management! You will excel in this role if you have leadership qualities as there is scope to progress into having 2 direct reports in the future.
Responsibilities:
Providing day to day support for Workday HCM and other HR Technology functions.
Typical responsibilities such as standard configuration, system administration, problem solving and process improvement.
Perform audits routinely to ensure the integrity of data.
Develop and maintain standard / ad-hoc reports.
Support the ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, validation and testing.
Train internal clients on new process/functionality and support development of end user doc.
Develop concise requirement documents to respond to business needs and demands.
Participate actively in the Workday Community to identify any issues as well as any new solutions to existing issues.
Whats on offer?
Salary up to $150,000 with a 10-15% annual profit share bonus.
