Director, Clinical Product Solutions - Permanent - Milford, MA
Proclinical is seeking a Director for Clinical Product Solutions. This is a permanent position based in Milford, MA.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role is perfect for someone passionate about life sciences and clinical diagnostics, with a particular interest in LC-MS technologies. The successful candidate will join an agile team, working to develop innovative solutions that address high unmet needs in the clinical LC-MS diagnostics markets.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum BSc or equivalent experience in a Scientific field. An MBA is highly desirable.
Experience in LC/MS product management.
IVD experience is highly desirable.
Experience in product management, business development, sales, or other customer-facing roles in the clinical diagnostic market.
Knowledge of developing 'Go-to-Market' product strategies.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
The Director, Clinical Product Solutions will:
Act as a product and business owner for LC-MS/MS instrument solutions specific for clinical diagnostics and therapeutic areas.
Identify unmet needs and develop value propositions of new product solutions for key therapeutic areas of responsibility.
Lead the development of business cases for new product solutions or product enhancements.
Develop comprehensive target product profiles through market and customer requirement assessments.
Manage customer relationships and gather continuous feedback throughout the product development process.
Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality departments for successful clinical studies, regulatory submissions, and product launches.
Define and implement New Product Launch strategies, partnering with field marketing, sales, and service management teams.
Work closely with Global Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams on content generation for marketing strategy campaigns.
