Maintain Supplies Customer Service Answer and route as appropriate incoming phone calls for district Administer Unit Communications Process and distribute mail for district Administer routine district correspondence to external agencies Monitor and distribute incoming fax correspondence Monitor and Maintain Unit General Correspondence Directories Maintain contact and distribution lists Administer request and deliver boxed documents from Iron Mountain Maintain employee equipment inventory Filing, Data Entry and Report Tracking Backup Assistance for Unit Groups Provide administrative support on other tasks as assigned. Examples include, but are not limited to: Changing CVP mailing addresses Mailing CVP forms Mailing Private Rail Car and Flight Property notices Scanning Documents for all areas in the District Renaming files according to standard naming conventions as appropriate Moving files from a Microsoft to Google platform Copying and producing student reference materials Verify links on the client website for Property Tax related material Develop and review standard work Review, compile and store electronic documents in appropriate folder using specified standard naming convention
Candidate must be able to work a hybrid schedule: Proposed schedule Monday, Wednesday and Friday - work remotely. Tuesday and Thursday - work from the office
