We are currently seeking an experienced Manager of HRIS - Oracle HCM to join our direct client's organization on a full-time basis. This resource will work on a hybrid schedule being onsite three days per week in Waltham, MA.
Overview: As the Manager of HRIS - Oracle HCM, you will oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the organization's Oracle HCM Cloud system and other HRIS systems. You will manage third-party vendor support, ensure data accuracy, and leverage technology to support HR initiatives. Additionally, you will provide training and support to end-users on HRIS system functionality and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the organization's Oracle HCM Cloud system.
Oversee all other HRIS systems within the organization.
Manage third-party vendor support to ensure optimal performance and support for HRIS systems.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and optimization of HRIS systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years' experience with HRIS systems.
Expert knowledge and experience with Oracle HCM.
Minimum 4 years of Oracle HCM experience working on an HRIS team.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing HRIS systems.
Strong understanding of data accuracy and data privacy regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Project management experience with HRIS implementations and upgrades.
Experience with additional HRIS systems.
Certification in Oracle HCM or other relevant HRIS certifications.
