We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Manager for a manufacturing client in South Dallas area.
The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for the compliance of policies and procedures to ensure quality and productivity standards are met with inventory distribution and product flow. Provide leadership and direction to reach and maintain cost-effective and efficient means of reverse logistics and inventory transfer.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy of the data measurement systems. Monitor and address specific record discrepancies in product transfer
Direct logistics personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding inventory control and distribution.
Hold all department managers accountable for production goals, process flows, area audits, and accurate reporting
Prompt processing of all vendor and third-party chargebacks.
Maintain established cycle count procedures and consistently execute to achieve them.
Develop logistics personnel in all policies and procedures for logistics activities for upward movement.
Adhere to policies or procedures for logistics activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
3-5 years of experience in Inventory Management
Manufacturing site experience
Working knowledge of database, inventory, manufacturing, and warehouse software
