Our client is a top firm, seeking a Technology Transactions Associate with 3-6 years of experience for its New York, Washington, DC, Seattle, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Santa Monica offices. This position will compensate between $260,000 to $390,000.
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in technology transactions experience in licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering transactions, especially within the life sciences sector.
Law firm experience is required.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong communication skills; team focused.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.

This position involves working with technology and life sciences companies in the licensing of patents and advancing therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies through clinical trials towards regulatory approval.
