Overview:
Our client is looking for a Korean/American bilingual candidate with experience as an Administrative Assistant for the company's CEO to handle multiple areas of the CEO's daily scheduling to administrative work.
Schedule:
40 hours a week
Roles and Responsibilities all aspects for the CEO of the company:
Help manage workflow
Handle logistics provided and requested by the CEO
Create and maintain meeting notes and calendars
Assist on all company projects, events and travel
Complete assigned tasks as handed out by CEO
Assist and run errands on a daily basis
Daily emails and Items to check and follow ups
Meeting minutes recordings
Document management
Expense management reports and itemization including credit card
Lifestyle support including business guest bookings, entertainment scheduling, etc
Return on Investment analysis, investment support and weekly reporting
A willingness to learn new skills
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Must speak, read, write fluently in Korean
A minimum of three years of experience working in an Administrative Assistant Role
Advanced English speaking, reading and writing, does not need to be at a native English level
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Communication skills, written/verbal
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential
Must have a clean valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
Must be willing to take direction and complete tasks outside the scope of work when needed
