Allison's Fun Inc. is a corporate special events company located in Norman, OK. We specialize in producing turn-key events for our valued clients. Featuring over 250+ pieces of inventory including inflatables, games, rides, and interactive entertainment items. We have planned and produced numerous events ranging in size of 25 - 12,000 guests. We feature full-service catering and event planning for all of our customers.
We are seeking a sales professional that is looking for an exciting opportunity with a corporate & special events company!
BASIC PURPOSE: Plan and produce events while supporting our clients with customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. This is position will focus on Oklahoma events $10,000 & under.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Develop new client relationships through all sales channels including cold calls, networking, association affiliations, site visits, etc.
2. Create event proposals and contracts for new and existing clients that are targeted towards specific event and client goals. Respond to all requests in a timely manner.
3. Communicate effectively with internal event operations team to ensure that events are executed successfully and no details are overlooked.
4. Follow up on all event proposals and maintain relationships with past clients.
5. Assist in efforts to achieve or exceed financial growth as related to the event sales department.
6. Use CRM to track sales and other marketing tools to help achieve sales goals.
