Assist the Campus Recruitment team in the administration of scholarships the Health System. Performs detailed and time sensitive clerical and administrative functions.
Human Resources, Business Administration, social media, Marketing, Communication, or related field required or currently pursuing. A combination of work experience and education to include a minimum of 2 years administrative/clerical experience in a fast-paced corporate or academic environment may be considered.
Work Experience
Minimum of three years of Administrative Assistant or customer service experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
A minimum of two years clerical/coordinator experience required.
Experience with Applicant Tracking System preferred, Word, Excel and Access database programs required.
Numerical ability is required to prepare and interpret statistical reports. Knowledge of applicable computer applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in any communication capacity (written or verbal), along with excellent communication skills, including the ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with internal clients and with vendors.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Strong ability to multi-task multiple projects at the same time.
Excellent attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to change.
Physical Requirement
Must possess strong written and verbal skills. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently. Job requires frequent travelling (50% during peak recruitment season), often unaccompanied. Must lift and carry displays and other Campus Recruitment materials. Must set up and arrange displays and greet visitors at the displays.
