A Customer Care Specialist works as a support to multiple Sales Consultants at one location. You are expected to be highly proficient in the product you represent, have tremendous customer service skills and be detail oriented. You will be showing product features and benefits, doing entire deliveries to customers as well as all the pre-work that has to happen to enable the delivery. You will also be consistently prospecting existing West Herr customers who have an opportune time to come in and get into a newer vehicle.
