Job Description:
Wholesale Operations Support Representative role:
This is a full-time role for a candidate who will handle various Wholesale operational tasks. The position involves managing account relationships, working directly with production for order fulfillment, supporting the sales team, and communication across the board to work in tandem with all departments.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Communicating with accounts in a professional and timely manner. Account management is the number one priority.
Using AIMS to generate orders, pick tickets, invoices and marking payments as well as stock adjustments, managing inventory, monitoring accounts receivable and more
Working with warehouse team to fulfill pick tickets, shipping orders and processing any RTV's.
Updating open order report to display what is in queue being packed, account notes/requests, shortages from stock, etc
Working directly with production to receive updates on style status, ETAs on incoming goods, and updating warehouse team for any pending information needed for order fulfillment
Updating accounts and sales team with shipping paperwork and tracking numbers as orders are fulfilled.
Working directly with factor for approval to ship customers Net terms, processing any past due payments and troubleshooting any issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years in Customer Service
Working knowledge of Excel, JOOR, and an ERP System
