The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for driving the success and growth of the firm through effective leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Lead all Operations functions: Accounting, Finance, IT, Risk Management and Human Resources with a focus on creating and executing strategic plans and goals
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field is preferred
At least 10 years progressive operational leadership experience
Exhibiting leadership qualities and having the ability to succeed in a professional services environment with multiple stakeholders and timelines
