Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Full-Time PTP, Analyst to support US based LNG export facility and service the global demand for North American natural gas. This Houston-based position will support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to collect and document requirements for SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional modules.
  • Analyze new and existing business processes, translating user needs into functional and technical design specifications.
  • Design SAP S/4 solutions for SCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct functional testing to validate SCM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Provide user training and support for SAP S/4 functionalities related to SCM modules.
  • Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying planning gaps and implementing mitigations.
  • Work with the Application Management Services (AMS) team to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Interface with client and vendor IT personnel to accomplish project deliverables.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of end-to-end SAP IT implementation lifecycle experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of SAP S/4 HANA project management experience.
  • Functional expertise in SAP S/4 configuration for SCM modules.
  • Understanding of Warehouse Inventory Management and Plant Maintenance workstreams.
  • Strong knowledge of integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules.
  • Experience with SAP MM functionalities such as batch management and vendor consignment.
  • Familiarity with SAP Technical Landscape including Basis, Infrastructure, and Development.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to earn trust and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking ability with strong analysis and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP certification in Materials Management (MM).
  • Proven track record leading multiple concurrent projects and operations.
  • Resourceful team player with a commitment to getting the job done.
  • Strong ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
